biography questions shamrock financial staff pages
What path brought you to Shamrock Financial?
I have processed home loans for over five years, but left the industry in 2012 after being laid off. However, I’ve always had a passion for this line of work, and when I received a random call indicating that Shamrock was looking for a processor, I applied.

Whom have you worked with in the past and in what capacity?

I started as a telemarketer for a small mortgage company in New Bedford, MA and quickly absorbed all I could. At the ripe old age of 18, I became a loan officer. I later processed home loans for Bank of America and Eastern Bank.

What do you have a knack for professionally?

Professionally, I am known for going above and beyond to get a task done. I become very involved with my clients and as such, I do what I can to get them to closing.

What are your strengths that help your clients?

I always strive to find a solution in any problem that I encounter. I try my best to remain positive and optimistic to help my clients stay at ease during a potentially stressful time.

What are you passionate about personally?

My personal life is all about my daughter. I have been a single mom since she was born, and seven years later, our bond is unbreakable. A few of our favorite things to do include going to the park, movies, and roller skating, as well as making arts and crafts.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I am with my daughter. Because I am very spontaneous, we never know what our weekend will entail. She is full of energy and always keeps be busy at something!

Where did you grow up and are you still there?

I grew up in New Bedford, Massachusetts and I’m still there! If I ever move, it wouldn’t be far because my family also lives in New Bedford.

What could you never give up?

My cell phone! I use it so much for pictures, videos, social media, and browsing the web of course. I would be lost without it.
