biography questions shamrock financial staff pages
What made you decide to work at Shamrock Financial?

My sister worked at Shamrock in High School and College; because of her Trish Harrington reached out to me when I was in High School. What started as help with filing in the accounting office has evolved into a passion for accounting and a desire to stay here and learn more.

What do you have a knack for professionally?

Professionally, I have a knack for organization. Forget diamonds, spreadsheets are this girl’s best friend!

Personally, what are you passionate about?

Personally, I am passionate about family. My family is what matters the most to me and I don’t know where I would be without their love and support. I hope that one day I can be as a great a parent to my future children as my parents have been to me.

What are you most passionate about professionally?

Professionally I am passionate about organization; it is actually the reason I majored in accounting. It’s not the numbers that I like, but the organizational flow of everything and finding where everything belongs. Everything has a place in accounting and I love finding where certain numbers belong.

Tell us about a few of your favorite things.

Movies and television are two of my favorite things. I sadly can say that I have binge watched more television shows on Netflix than I am proud of, but my ability to quote different movies and shows is unlike any other.

What’s your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

My favorite way to spend my Sunday afternoon is with my family. Whether I am watching hockey or football with my parents, or playing Legos with my nephew, there is nothing more important to me than spending time with the people that I love.

Where did you grow up and are you still there?

I grew up in East Providence, R.I. and after four years away at school in Worcester I have just returned home.

Are there any volunteer activities you are crazy about?

I love volunteering for activities that help benefit children in need.

What would be impossible for you to give up?

It would be impossible for me to give up my shows. I still re-watch some of my favorites, that aren’t sitcoms, on repeat.
